DECEMBER 11, 2014: Footage of the U.S. Navy Ghost Swimmer vehicle developed by the Chief of Naval Operations' Rapid Innovation Cell project Silent NEMO undergoes testing during an event at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek - Fort Story, Virginia.
